DEMANDS TO TIAA set at the Elaine-Lake View Town Hall Meeting were 1) immediately stop using pesticides and chemicals, 2) redistribute the land you own to small Black food farmers,  3) provide $1.5 Billion for each year you have owned toward community repairs that include but are not limited to housing, schools and education, farms, access to healthy foods (grocery stores), transportation, new water systems for the entire south Phillips/ north Desha County area, jobs consistent with our goals, tourism.
